Steroid injection of the epicondyle:
- Consent: obtained after discussion on the benefits and risks, including pain, bleeding, infection, tendon tear, skin discoloration

- Medication: mg/cc cc and 1% lidocaine without epi cc
- Procedure: injection in the area of maximum pain at the epicondyle
