Group billing

If you want to get a discount by centralizing payments and covering multiple users (i.e., many seats), you’ll need to form a billing group. A discounted rate is applied to all users after the 5th one (see our pricing page).

Which payment methods do you accept for group billing?

We offer both monthly and yearly subscription options, with the following payment methods:

  • 💳 Credit card: Available for monthly or yearly payments via automatic charges.
  • 🏦 Bank transfers: Only available for yearly payments (upfront).

How to create a group?

If you plan to pay by credit card, you can create the group yourself.

If you prefer to use bank transfers or have us create the group for you, contact us at info@dilato.app with the names and email addresses of the group members, and we'll set up the group for you.

What if I need to add or remove a user during the billing cycle?

Our system automatically handles day-to-day proration, so you only pay for the period each user is active.

  • At the beginning of the billing cycle, you pay for all members (monthly or yearly).
  • If you add a user mid-cycle, you’ll be billed for the remaining period (e.g., 50% of the rate if added halfway through). The charge will appear on the next invoice unless the number of users added exceeds a certain threshold, in which case you may be billed sooner. Here's how to add a user to your group.
  • If you remove a user, you will receive a credit for the unused time, which will be applied to the next invoice.

In short, you can add and remove users anytime, and you only pay for the time each user has been part of the group.
