Add and remove group members

List of Active Members

Only the group manager can manage users. To view the list of current group members:

  1. Sign up to create a Dilato account if you don't have one.

  2. Log in to the app.

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. In the Group billing section, you'll see the list of members in your group.

Adding a User

Before adding a user, they must have a Dilato account. Create an account here: https://www.dilato.app/signup

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. In the Group billing section, click the "+ Add user" button.

  3. In the popover, enter the email address of the new member you wish to add, then press "+".

  4. We will send them an email inviting them to join the group. The user becomes a member once they accept by clicking "Accept invitation" in the email.

Removing a User

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. In the member list, click the trash 🗑 button next to the user you wish to remove.

Once removed, you will no longer be charged for that user. On your next invoice, we will apply a credit for any unused time paid upfront for that user.

The removed user can continue using Dilato under the limitations of the free plan, and you can re-add them to the group at any time. 🙂
