Grid

A grid is a large block of choices, perfect for selecting from a long list of items, such as symptoms, treatments, or work-ups.

To add a grid to a template, click the grid button in the toolbar.

You can expand the list by clicking "Add choice" and typing inside the option box. Use the "+" sign to add a column for additional choices.

All choices can be reordered using drag and drop.

When filling out a template with a grid, each selected choice will appear in the output note on a separate line and in the order you check them. You can right-click to negate any item. Positives are always displayed before negatives in the output note.
